Vacation is an opportunity to practice all the things you are doing at home but with a new way of thinking.
If you are going on a road trip and are used to having road trip food- acknowledge that and then decide on purpose what road trip food you want to eat now. What food will serve you?
Also ask yourself what is the feeling I get from road trip food- that feeling always came from your thoughts and food never even has to be included.
