Can I have whole wheat flour and can I have fruit?

I love this question. You can actually have whatever you want to eat. I like to ask myself if the food I am eating is helping me feel better in the long run.
Whole wheat is better than white refined wheat. The reason I limit how much flour I eat is that the refinement of the wheat has already been done mostly and your body doesn’t get all of the benefits (nutrients) from it.
Fruit is a natural source of so many vitamins and nutrients. Fruit gives us natural sweetness. It is good for our soul. I recommend that you enjoy fruit and all the benefits that come from it.
