Where do I find information about what I’m supposed to eat? I thought I hear Dara say don’t east flour or sugar for the first 6 weeks but I would like specifics of what that means? The first module doesn’t seem to cover it so where do I go?

Such a great question. If you go to the introduction calls there is a video that goes over the first 6 weeks. Sugar is defined as processed sugar- not sugar from fruit. Refined flour is any wheat that has been processed. I would stay away from whole wheat because it is very calorie dense and has a lot of additives.
