Pg 7, processing pain questions. I am not sure how to answer the questions. Am I to think of a time when I was in physical pain and answer the questions accordingly or are the questions based on emotional pain.

This worksheet can be used for physical and emotional pain. Physical pain can be a product of us not not paying attention to our bodys and neglecting it. For example, when we have arthritis pain we slow down and rub the spot that is sore. This could be a sign that we have been neglecting self care, overworking and staying in a state of prolonged stress. All of these things contribute to poor health and burnout so pain is our bodies way of screaming for help.
I would like to see you answer these questions with whatever pain you are having physical or emotional and then ask for more clarity. The more clear the question, the more clear the answer.
