quick question. we are trying to avoid white sugar. is a little maple syrup or honey on occasion allowed? or is it all off limits too?

Maple Syrup are Honey are both sugar. I would recommend not eating them during your first 6 weeks of no flour no sugar. After that you could eat them as part of a joy eat. Remember joy eats are always planned at least 24 hours in advance.
It is helpful to yourself when planning food or a joy eat. Do I like my reasons? Do my reasons feel like love to my body?
