I just purchased your Love Yourself Thin program. My aunt who has also been doing your program and she said there is a kind of intake call or something and since I don’t think I’ve heard from you, I wanted to check to see if that’s something we need to schedule or not.
Also, I’m having some trouble figuring out what the 90-day no flour no sugar diet looks like. I’ve looked at some gluten-free stuff or things that don’t have any flour listed in the ingredients but my aunt says it is still refined flour. I am kind of getting some anxiety trying to figure it out because it seems like there isn’t much variety for me to eat and I’m the kind of person that I can feel nauseous from eating the same type of things over and over again. I don’t know if it’s because I’m just not understanding or don’t know enough about food. Any advice would be appreciated.
