How do I get started?

I’m confused on how to work through this program. Do I just focus on the modules? Do I jump into the 90 day workbook? Do they go together?

I am so glad you asked for clarity. The 90 day workbook is a daily check-in that helps you understand the modules. I answered this question in the Facebook group. The 90 day workbook is a 30 day cycle that breaks down the 5 pillars of the permanent weight loss puzzle: 1. weight loss science is simple, 2. create your own protocol and troubleshoot it 3. feel your feelings instead of eating them (or buffering in anyway), 4. take 100% responsibility for yourself (stop blaming others and stop shaming yourself) 5. build self-confidence.

I created 6 mini lessons for theme 1, 6 mini lessons for theme 2 etc until I got to 30 days. Then we repeat the cycle 31-59 again and then again at a higher level day 60-90.
this means that day 1, 31, 61 are the same theme just revisited with a higher concept.

The modules go into more depth and there are worksheets.

I recommend that you do a module a week and do the short daily checkins every day.
