I did 6 weeks of no sugar and no flour, I only lost 8 lbs. Would some hiit exercise speed up my weight loss?

8 pounds in 6 weeks is a huge accomplishment, congrats. I wonder if you are proud of yourself for that? What has that experience been like for you?

HITT exercises are always going to help your heart and your muscles. I have a whole series of Tabata workouts that are very similar to HITT available in the portal.
