Eating schedule

I just watch the module that talked about how often to eat and incorporating intermittent fasting as part of your eating schedule. I have also been on eating plans that have you eat every 2-3 hours claiming that keeps you blood sugar more even. Could you clarify.

Such a great question. I recommend that you lengthen your eating window. It takes your body about 4-5 hours to fully digest one meal. Use water and movement to help regulate your leptin and grehlin which then affects insulin.
