Intake Call and No Flour Suggestions

I just purchased your Love Yourself Thin program. My aunt who has also been doing your program and she said there is a kind of intake call or something and since I don’t think I’ve heard from you, I wanted to check to see if that’s something we need to schedule or not.

Also, I’m having some trouble figuring out what the 90-day no flour no sugar diet looks like. I’ve looked at some gluten-free stuff or things that don’t have any flour listed in the ingredients but my aunt says it is still refined flour. I am kind of getting some anxiety trying to figure it out because it seems like there isn’t much variety for me to eat and I’m the kind of person that I can feel nauseous from eating the same type of things over and over again. I don’t know if it’s because I’m just not understanding or don’t know enough about food. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi ReaAnna,
There is a form you are supposed to fill out and then join me and all the new members on March 6. This is the intake meeting where I take in all of your information and help you integrate the Love Yourself Thin information.

I do not recommend that you use gluten free flour or products. They have a lot of potato starches.

The reason you are feeling anxiety is not from the food- it’s because of the thoughts you are having. look at the model:

C-no sugar and flour
T-there isn’t much variety for me to eat and I’m the kind of person that I can feel nauseous from eating the same type of things over and over again.
F-anxiety
A- (fill in what you do or don’t do)
R-
