Eating when hungry verses sitting with hunger

Will you help me understand when to eat when hungry an when to not. I have been trying to skip breakfast because I am not really hungry and sometimes I can got until dinner without eating. But some days I get hungry at lunch. Just wondering if there something you could share to help it make sense.

Answer:

Hunger is a tool to help your body use up the stored fat and balance hormones. In module 3 on page 4-5 there are two great worksheets that help you understand the hunger scale.
