I know you are super excited to start learning the Love Yourself Thin process but before you do I want to get your mindset into gear for ULTIMATE SUCCESS.

This is your life and your process. I know you feel like you failed in the past with your attempts at weight loss however you understand that weight loss involves your mindset so here you are- in the very best place for permanent weight loss.

You are here to change your relationship with food. When you are discouraged you won’t always find yourself in front of the freezer grabbing the ice cream and eating straight from it in an attempt to feel better.

When you learn how to belong to this group of women who have all gone through similar struggles your survival brain can feel more calm and you won’t be triggered to fight, flight or freeze mode. You can operate from your higher wiser brain.

3. You are what you think

Our brains are very misused and misunderstood. Learning neuroscience to lose weight is a fabulous edge to having success.

95% of our thoughts are subconscious or on ‘autopilot’. Every thought we have has accompanying emotions- that’s where emotions come from, not from ice cream, shopping or winning the lottery. Emotions always come from our thoughts.

Inside Love Yourself Thin you are going to learn The Model. This is where you learn to make your subconscious thoughts into consciousness and see what’s really going on. No more surprises for why you are overweight or unhappy.

Motivation is a short fuse. I am thrilled to show you how to build self trust and commitment to your goals.

There are 5 vital steps to permanent weight loss:

  1. Weight loss science is simple.
  2. Create and troubleshoot your protocol.
  3. Recognize and process your emotions.

4. No sugar or flour

You don’t want to scratch the floor when you move furniture so you place a felt pad or something between the furniture and the floor. This is called a buffer. A buffer stands between two things. Ice cream, cinnamon buns, shopping, people pleasing, perfectionism or procrastination are all forms of buffers. They stand between you and your desired reality.

I am challenging you for the first 6 weeks to go without any refined flour or sugar for two reasons:

  1. To notice when all of your buffers come up so you can see when you are hiding or not dealing with what’s going on
  2. Give your insulin, leptin and ghrelin a chance to get more regulated which will help you lose weight quicker.

You will become more conscious of how often you turn to food and why you are.

5. When you love yourself

Unconditional love is when you mess up and don’t punish yourself. You can feel disappointed or sad but you don’t speak harshly and give yourself all sorts of grief.

If your granddaughter walked in the house with muddy boots or spilled milk you would still love her and most likely be kind as you clean up the messes because your love for her is not conditional on her behaviour.

Love Yourself Thin is the process of loving yourself as you currently are- regardless of the number on the scale. You have yo-yo dieted for so long because you used punitive methods to lose weight so when you started to gain weight back you spoke harshly to yourself and became so exhausted that you gave up on weight loss until the number rose again to a ‘scary number’ and you went back to the harsh punitive measures again.

You are not alone. As you can see in the Facebook group and live calls, women inside LYT all struggle with very similar problems. I invite you to have active love for yourself- that is called compassion.

Accepting your current weight is not going to lead you to stuffing yourself with Oreo’s, it’s going to open you up to understanding why you keep putting more food in your mouth than your body requires.

I have the process laid out for you in the 12 modules. I have deep dives into the concepts. I also have so much support for you to IMPLEMENT the tools so that they can become automatic. It is why I have created this lifetime membership for you. It is your way to always get your own back as you learn to unconditionally love yourself thin.

You are now ready to guarantee your own results and use the program as your life line as you build confidence in creating the body you want.

Remember you aren’t born with self confidence- it is created in the following three steps:

  1. Ability to trust yourself- you weren’t born with self confidence; you earn it from yourself by keeping your word and doing what you say at the highest level
  2. Knowing that you can experience any emotion: the worst that can ever happen is an emotion. Truly emotions are what make life bad when it is bad.
  3. Your opinion of yourself: what you think of yourself is what generates or depletes self-confidence.

As you schedule time to prioritise your learning you will be amazed at your self-confidence.

6. Practical tools for your unique success- ‘the charger’

Love Yourself Thin is a process of losing weight and keeping it off in a support community with all of the resources available to you to blow your own mind HOWEVER, if you don’t watch the modules or work on the worksheets or come to class or ask questions or engage in the group you won’t have success.

It’s similar to having the latest iPhone but you lost the charger and so now this phone is not useful to you.

I am going to share how you never forget to bring the charger and always make sure that your phone is charged and ready to go.

This is your life and your body. No one is checking in with you (unless you set up an accountability partner or pay extra to have a 1-1 coach to help). The beauty is that you are super successful in other areas of your life so I know that you have the skills to be successful so now you get to switch your mindset on being successful with these tools.
